2011 Sale was a brilliant success - 100% Clearance
The morning of February 18th 2006 heralded a new era for the Mosely family and the Etiwanda Stud with the commencement of their inaugural on Property sale.
The family sold a total of 65 (40 rams and 25 ewes) Fullblood White Dorpers and some 2600 White Dorper infused commercial breeding ewes.
A total clearance on the Fullblood animals and an average price of $2200.00/head made all the months of preparation and planning worthwhile!! People travelled from WA, QLD, SA, & NSW to take part and the animals sold to all the above states.
The commercial White Dorper crossbred sale was also well supported with a 95% clearance on the day and all remaining ewes sold shortly after the sale. Well grown 1st cross (Merino/White Dorper) and scanned in lamb to White Dorper sold to $195.00/hd, with all crossbred sheep being keenly sought by re-stockers.
